Each company’s individual needs are thoroughly assessed by Travel Career Network’s staff through personal consultation. Based on the information developed, a search is conducted to locate qualified candidates who meet the requirements. Our staff conduct in-depth personal candidate interviews which further screen and qualify, and then suggest finalists for client interviews.

People

Marty Robinson, CTC, CPC, President, has been active in the travel industry since 1978. She has been a New England area travel placement specialist since 1986, and was a former travel agency manager with experience in tour operations and sales.

Ms Robinson and her staff are actively involved in the professional organization of New England Business Travel Association.  She holds a BS in Education, a Masters in Management in Small Business & Entrepreneurship, earned her CTC designation in 1983 and her CPC designation in 1989. Currently she is a qualified instructor for Dale Carnegie Training and holds the CTM designation in Toastmasters International. In addition, she conducts seminars on sales, personal presentation and personnel issues for university and industry groups as well as private coaching.
